Typ 1 Drain Couplings

Flexseal Drain Couplings Typ 1 are used to connect, repair and maintain drainage systems and other small diameter non-pressure pipelines.

It suits any pipe material up to 275mm outside diameter, Drain Couplings are designed for use in drainage systems where the resistance to earth loads (usually provided by a Standard Coupling) is not required.

Flexseal Drain Couplings are made out of a high-quality EPDM sleeve according to EN 681-1 and the clamping bands are made of stainless steel.
On request Couplings are also available with clamps made of SS 316 stainless steel (V4A) for improved corrosion protection.

All Drain Couplings are able to resist a internal pressure of 0,6 bar.

Flexseal Drain Couplings have a lot of capabilities in the range of building industry, maintenance and repair of drainage and other unpressurisedpipe systems with small diameter.

Repair of existing pipes by only exchanging short parts.
The connection of sleeveless pipes.
Usable as adaptor between pipes with different materials and similar diameters.
